If you are deeply unsatisfied or the product is defective, please email info@shopstarlit.com with "Return" and your order number in the subject line, within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will review the return request and do our best to resolve any issues.
Spell Kits, Candles, Incense, Crystals and all other miscellaneous products are Final Sale.
Any return requests beyond the 5 day grace period will not be reviewed and is considered a FINAL SALE.
Any authorized returns MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ARRIVAL and the item(s) must be returned unused, undamaged, and shipped back with the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees or costs.
For all international orders, please email info@shopstarlit.com with "Return" and your order number in the subject line and we will address the return on a case by case basis.
Any damage, theft, or loss to the product occurring after arrival is not the responsibility of StärLīt by Romie Bo.

We accept exchanges or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
To complete your return, exchange, or store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.
When returning or exchanging items, please be sure to pack items carefully in the same way you received them.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment of poorly packed items.
We suggest you send items with delivery confirmation and insurance, and we cannot be liable for packages lost in the mail.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will ship out the new item.
International Orders are not eligible for free shipping for exchanges and return labels.

StärLīt by Romie Bo is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, and will not reimburse or duplicate any stolen or lost items from USPS.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping information provided is secure and accurate. If items are lost or stolen, a claim can be filed directly through USPS.
SHIPPING INFO
All orders are shipped via USPS in discreet packaging with simply "StärLīt by Romie Bo" and our return address.
Orders are shipped out daily Monday through Friday (except for U.S. holidays).
StärLīt by Romie Bo products are hand-made to order. Please allow up to two weeks from the time of your order for your product to arrive.

For international shipments, please allow four-six weeks from the time of your order.
The buyer is responsible for extra duty charges, taxes, import taxes, customs duties, and/or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.
StärLīt by Romie Bo must claim the items' actual retail price and include a packing list in all orders.
Please check with your local postal system about charges for imported goods, and account for any extra charges when ordering.
Unfortunately, we can't predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and we can't calculate or collect these fees or taxes.
